It was so wonderful to see the students back today. We had a great day as we started our new basketball unit in Gym to start our day. We also continue our chain reactions in Science and worked on our subtraction in Math. The kids worked hard today and we had lots of fun.

Not to many things to inform you on this week:

• Memory Verse: Our memory verse this week is Psalm 121:1 ~ I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? I will be hearing memory verses on Monday.
• Changes for Weds and Thurs: Starting next week, Mrs. Willms will once again be off continuing her course work until Spring Break. Mrs. Warden will be rejoining us.

Our music of the week is the soundtrack Power of One. Set in Africa, this music has some beautiful  choral music by the composer Hans Zimmer who also composed the music for the Lion King!
