We are fast approaching the Christmas holidays! I know everyone is looking forward to the holidays including myself! There are a couple of things though that need to be mentioned. First of all, the students have learned enough stars to get their Christmas party. The party will be Thursday afternoon. We are going to be having pizza and other treats. If your child would like to have pizza, they need to bring in a toonie. They will get two slices of cheese pizza. I will supply some drinks but if anyone would like to donate veggies, fruit, chips or other items that would be wonderful!

The students also moved very quickly through their crafts and have finished them all. Therefore, we will not need helpers on Thursday. Thank you to everyone that helped out. It was very much appreciated and it was a huge help in keeping things moving smoothly.

In Science, students have been working on their Science projects. With partner, students have been working on designing and building one of the following objects: a tower, a bridge or a two car garage. In addition to following specific guidelines for each objects, students also need to follow a budget. If you go to the very top of the window, you can click the link to see the budgets of each group and see how much each has spent and how much they have left.
