We had some fun today as we began to get our first french conversations together. Our first conversation is going to be about autumn.

However, we had some good laughs trying to pronounce the word for leaves. I have to admit, it was not an easy word to get and even our student, who is fluent in French, had a hard time getting us to pronounce it correctly even though she kept trying!

Anyway, I think I have it now after looking up the word. Here is the video that helped me pronounce it correctly. I am not sure what is going on with the announcer’s voice but it made me chuckle.
