It all ends (mostly) tomorrow!

It has been a busy week here with crafts, concerts, practices and school work all vying for attention. In the midst of all this, students have been working hard to earn their 50 stars to get their party. And they finally managed to do that today. If you could send a snack item with your children tomorrow for the party, that would be very kindly appreciated.

Tomorrow is also the last day for bringing in cans. The students have done an amazing job of bringing in food items and, so far, we have received the highest total of any year for my class. We have yet to see if it is enough to earn a pizza party but the amount brought in has been very wonderful.

Finally, the students all did a fabulous job at the concert and worked very hard to make the night a success. I know the amount of hard work that goes on behind the scenes to get something like this set up and working, and Mrs. Mackie and the students performed with all their heart. It was a great evening.

One of the other things I loved about the evening was the video telling the story of the birth of Christ and I immediately went out to see if I could find it. I have added it below so you can see it again and enjoy it.
